She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Master of Education in Instructional Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has more than fifteen years experience in new media, education, instructional technology, information technology, and engineering fields.

As CEO, she brings a strong research background with a focus in leadership and vocational skills development, a visionary philanthropic business model, innovative strategic learning technology management tools, and research-based performance assessment methodologies to the organization.

Ms. McCowin, also known as Shinshuri by members, fans, and followers of Oracles of Truth hosts OracleRadio and OracleTV. She created the Integrated Personal Transformation Leadership (IPTL) Program to demonstrate the feasibility of a practical, research based, holistic educational model that teaches students how to effectively acquire and use knowledge to unleash their greatest potential, attain their life purpose, and manifest success in all spheres of their life, while being of selfless service in the community. Duane McClure, CLO

Image of Duane McClureMr. McClure is the Chief Learning Officer of Oracles of Truth, Inc. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development, Master of Science in Human Resource Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He also has more than twelve years incorporating organizational development and effectiveness, professional leadership, problem solving, program management, coaching, evaluation metrics, and employee assistance counseling to organizations.

As CLO, he brings a practical background in management, learning management systems, leadership facilitation, and instructional systems design. His primary focus is on developing the complete IPTL program. He is responsible for managing, innovating, and delivering process control over curricula to assist learners in their quest for knowledge, application and use of knowledge toward continual practice of their learning.

Mr. McClure, also known as Summey, by members, fans, and followers of Oracles of Truth is the Co-host for OracleRadio and OracleTV. These two shows serve as the initial impetus for Oracles of Truth to drive educational progress in the realm of personal and professional development based on practical research. Carlous Caple, CIO

He holds an Ed.D. in Mathematics, Science, and Technology, Master of Education in Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He has more than fifteen years experience in education, instructional technology, and organizational development.

As CIO, he brings a strong background in educational technologies, organizational development, communications, and project management. In addition to his background, he is expertly qualified to lead his department with emergent technologies and technical deployments across the enterprise to achieve the goals of an innovative learning paradigm.

Dr. Caple has secured corporate partnerships with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to support expanding the efforts of Oracles of Truth through further research and development of the IPTL Program. His department will be responsible for technical deployments across the enterprise, and selfless service toward an innovative educational model. Dr. Caple’s favorite quote is:

Tracey Stone, COO

Tracey Stone is the Chief Operations Officer of Oracles of Truth, Inc. She holds a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Education. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Tracey has more than 17-years experience in education as an elementary school teacher and campus coordinator.

As COO, she brings forth the sense that life long learning is the basis for personal success and quality services for others. “A dream without action is just a dream.” Tracey plans to bring her knowledge base of curriculum, instruction and assessment into Oracles of Truth to not only strengthen it’s foundation but to assist in building curriculum structures to meet the learning needs of all students and programs.
