Here at OT Academy we live and work as philanthropic business leaders. Each person on our virtual team seeks first to be of service to others. We are also guided by an Integrated Performance Assessment (IPA) research methodology. We use IPA to ensure effective measurements that allow us to track individual and organizational performance on multiple levels. We operate within a transparent sphere of interactions so that everyone understands and knows who we are, why we are here, and where we are headed. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides direction and leadership to achieve defined sales and financial performance goals and objectives. The CFO will also establish and maintain a collaborative partnership between business areas. He or she will be responsible for managing financial accounts, capital funds, and fundraising events; and achieving financial projections from the sale of products and services and solicitation of charitable contributions. | Instructors provide direction and leadership to students. As an instructor you job will be to facilitate, mentor, and coach. The intent is to provide enough guidance that encourages students to explore, research, and drive their own individual learning through theory and hands-on practice. Our instructors work to deliver the curricula in a way that fosters collaborative partnerships among students and their peers.

Social Media Specialists manage the OT Academy website and Oracle Learning Community. They interact with students, members, instructors, and other professionals who interact on our websites. They have a deep understanding of social media techniques and best practices and apply their expertise to support the teaching and learning process through the use of educational media
