Members have performed for major corporations including CBS Radio, E*Trade, Google, Maloof Sports & Entertainment, Make A Wish Foundation, Mercedes Benz and Twitter. They have also had the honor of performing for many notable celebrities—Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chris Webber, Jay Leno, Simon Cowell, Sylvester Stallone, and Vanessa Williams—and have shared the stage with the likes of Dave Hollister, DJ Quik, Dwele, Jessie J., Jon B., Genuwine, Kirk Franklin, Mario Winans, Nas, and The Gap Band.
RADIO, dubbed as “The World’s Best Cover Band” by Emmy Award Winning personality Mark S. Allen, is a widely respected band whose members have achieved local, national and international success. The band was recognized in the 2012 KCRA A-List contest as one of Sacramento’s Top 10 Bands, and was also nominated as “Best Cover Band” in the 2012 Sacramento Area Music Awards (SAMMIES). Most recently, the band’s music director Daryl Black competed on The X Factor USA, winning over the likes of Britney Spears, Simon Cowell, LA Reid, Demi Lovato and fans all over the world with his version of Gym Class Heroes’ “Stereo Hearts.”
